I cannot open piggy bank

I cannot open my piggy bank because while it says £2.99, that amount is not in my options to buy anything...it goes from £1.99 to £9.99

To purchase the Piggy Bank (just make sure it's full first), tap the Piggy Bank itself and then the buy-button on it. Do not go to the regular Gold Bars menu to buy the Piggy Bank, you'll find only the regular packages there.
