Why does Pet Rescue keep crashing? I have lost so many gold bars and lives because of this issue.

This has been going on for a LONG time.  Why can't you fix it?  None of the other games do it.

Are you playing on Facebook, King.com on computer or on Android, iPhone/ iPad?

Do you get any error message or does the game only freeze or close down?

facebook, king,com.  sometimes it just crashes other times an orange screen pops up with sorry we have experience a problem we are trying hard to fix.

Clear the cache and cookies on your browser first and see if that helps. 

Try also another browser than you currently are using. Recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. Make also sure your browser is up to date:
