1) The device you are using to play the game
2) Your game user ID number... if you are playing through Facebook, check here and on mobile here

Hi all so I emailed King and I got the bars replaced. It appears I may have pressed on some buying items without realising so I appreciate their full support and refunded gold bars 🥰0
