You will have to fill out the given form. Make sure you select the correct game you made the purchase. Then enter the Topic with "Problems with Purchase", then Sub Topic with "Purchased items not received". Then, explain a bit in the provided comment box!
You will be receiving an automated response with a ticket number as acknowledgement. Please wait for 2-3 days to hear from a real person. If nobody has contacted you by then, send a reply to that automated email you have received as a heads-up
