Game freezing in Reward

i am playing for a friend and his game is freezing before we can even get to the game . his ID number is 1501247689 here is the picture of were it freezes and you can't get it to leave. that is as far as we can get. this started yesterday aug 1

I removed your post from the Error message thread since your game is only freezing and not getting any of the three error messages there.

Please try with reinstalling the game to get it back on track:

-First remove the game from Facebook on this page

-Clear the cache and cookies on your browser

-Close the browser and reinstall the game

Try also another browser than you currently are using. Recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. Make also sure your browser is up to date.

At times the game works better when using an incognito window in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
