I am sorry to see you have been posting in many game sections!! Can you tell me which game you have this issue?
And I need one more clarification.... when you said "you reset the phone", did you do the "Factory Reset", so you had to reinstall the game again?
Until you reply back and give us more details, we will not be able to understand what's going on OR even help you with the issue
