Yes, your Gold Bars and the Silver paws are transferred to your new device also, but none of the boosters will be transferred!
I play the game on my iPad, but installed on my Android phone to check how it works! Both the Gold Bars and the Silver paws amount is just the same on the phone as my iPad, whereas boosters did not get transferred just like any other game(s). Because they are stored in current device's local memory.
