Lost bonuses

Hi, I had to restore my phone after a update glitch and when I Re installed the game all my bonuses had disappeared i am not happy.

All bonuses, ie colour pop, blasters etc and my emails with extra life’s sent.

We completely understand your disappointment at losing Bonuses and Boosters 

The boosters you collect are saved on your device's memory. This way you can reach them even if you are offline.
This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, you will lose all the boosters. Unfortunately, it can happen that you lose them whenever something happens with your phone memory.

We don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you just use them while playing. Here are some tips on safeguarding your boosters.

Thanks, I haven’t purchased any boosts I just let them build up for help on hard levels .
