Level 1498 issues with pets not falling

So I'm having the problem of pets not falling on level 1498. A quick search on the forum shows that this seems to be a very common issue, so I can only assume there is some sort of glitch in the game?

Sometimes I get only one pet, other times I'll get three pets and occasionally I'll get 4 pets, but never the required fifth pet. HELP!!

Tips For Level 1498

This Episode introduces flowers to the game.

The Flowers will capture Pets or boosters by entangling them in vines!

They shoot vines out to get a Pet or booster that is in the same row or column as them.

You can see by the way the flower faces which direction it will shoot.

They only wait one move, then get the Pet or booster.

Flowers can be destroyed with bombs or rocket boosters.

You can also stop them by moving them away from the column or row that your Pet or booster is in.

Or, of course, you can move the Pet or booster before the flower can shoot it.

In this Level use the rocket booster built up within the game to remove vines and flowers.

The booster is built up by the number of blocks you remove, so make big matches to achieve this.

My issue is that I don't even get 5 pets come onto the board to save. I can release the ones that do easily enough, but I'm not getting all 5 even appearing  I'm not sure if there is a trick to it or something?

I play via PC on facebook, so nothing to update.

Hi @kiara_wael so I tried your suggestion and used different browsers, but still just four pets appeared. Its so weird!

I'm not sure, so probably not, as I play King's games through Facebook.
