Stuck on level

I've been playing 2337 for about 2 weeks and I'm having issues I can't seem to rescue more than 9 pets the butterfly jars and the color of blocks don't seem to match up after 15 or 20 turns. I have logged out of the game and have watched videos on you tube and the pet rescue site but still no luck any suggestions would be great help.

Little Tips for level 2337

- Pay attention to the objectives. Click on group of two or more blocks of the same color to remove them.

- Crushing a larger set of blocks will generate substantially more points and focus on Saving your pets.

This is my game no butterfly and if I do get them they don't match the color blocks I think there might be a glinch in my level for 3 weeks csmt complete

Try update your mobile ? 

How Updating your Mobile

1. Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select About Phone.
4. Tap Check for Updates. If an update is available, an Update button will appear. Tap it

Nothing wins anymore. Whatever I play. The game is stupid difficult. Not about the way you play. Is about you making all impossible. I think 2 or 3 more days stuck in a stupid level; cassino type. I will be done with this BS.
