Unable to use Gold Bars

Have 126 bars, failed a level and tried to buy extra moves with the bars I have because I wanted to keep the Winning Streak goodies  and the game tells me it cannot contact the store. Lost everything...very frustrating...

    Hi @morky! These connection issues can be frustrating, I agree.

    Did this happen only one time or does it happen frequently? 

    Have you made sure both the app and the device are updated and you restart the device frequently?

    Could not tell you if that happens frequently...was the first time for me and I have have not attempted to buy anything during the game again. I play on the PC and I do know that there were no connection issues .

    OK, I see @morky.

    I am not able to restore the winning streak I'm afraid. 

    Please try with reinstalling the game and see if it avoids this happening again. 

    -First, remove the game from Facebook here

    -Clear the cache and cookies on your browser:

    -Close the browser.

    -Reinstall the game by clicking here

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
