Not recognizing current Facebook

This phone is not recognizing Facebook and has taken me back to level one and I’m actually on level 2900, I My other phone I’m still on the correct level but I cannot figure out why one phone is recognizing the correct information and the other phone isn’t

Please try these steps if the game has connected to wrong account or doesn't want to connect at all:

-Disconnect the game from Facebook under Start menu > Settings > Cogwheel > Log out
-Force close/ force stop the game app 
-Delete the Facebook app from the device

-Then clear all browser cache and cookies:
 on iPhone by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
 on Android devices clear the cache and cookies in Google Chrome like this 

-Restart the device
-Open Safari or Google Chrome and log in to your Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook 
-Once you're connected you can reinstall the Facebook app and continue using it if you wish
