If you’ve reached out to our Player Support team lately, please know that we’re currently having some issues that we are trying to fix as soon as we can. A reply to an email might take longer than usual, so please be patient and don’t send multiple emails, it will not help you get a faster reply. In the meanwhile, please do not hesitate to keep using the Community as a way to get help. Go to the Support section of your game and ourselves and other awesome players will do our best to give you help as soon and as good as we can.

    I had sent a concern last week about not showing up on the leader board when completing a level. To date I still am not showing up and have not heard anything further as to why not. Today I completed a hard level and should have received the reward for it, but did not. I am not sure why these things are happening since I have joined the “community “ but if I need to leave it to get recognition/chances to buy gold/tools to use then I may have to do so, but would really hate for that to be the answer for my game to go back to the way it was. Can anyone please help?

    You guys have set up a challenge to see who can score 200 + points in a week and win gold bars.

    What is the use of this to those of us who are at the top waiting for more levels to open as we cannot win anymore points?

    Also why does my challenge level never change when I win the weekly challenge. I have been level 15 forever and it won’t go higher
