I have played and finished level 3586 at least 4 times, I get my coins reward etc, and the game takes me onto level 3587 but when you click to play I get "failed to connect" need internet to continue error message, so I reload the game and it goes back to 3586 to play again, really frustrating as I've used loads of(purchased) blasters etc to complete the game.
I've had no drop outs of internet, that would be to coincidental to get the message everytime I completed 3586
btw this is playing on a laptop

Since yesterday I have a message for some gold bars and when I click on it it shows the message above and time running out. Also I have won the last rescue race and haven't received my gift yet. I have reloaded my self phone but still the same messages. On the other hand I have never been disconnected from the wifi of my home...Does anyone else face the same problem?
Hi @MariaZeimpeki , from all your screenshots, is more likely you don't have any problem but King does.
First, your internet is fine, first picture shows all the connection elements are totally normal. The gift were supposed to delivery to you may not be ready in the sever. The rescue race clock turned to zero, and you were unable collection your award, this could be due to King is adjusting competing duration from 48 to72 hours, those are problems of King not yours.
What you can do now are two things and wait, first there is an update for Android, make sure you have that, second make a strong refreshment by passing a new level, after that check on both issue again.
