Problem with paying and no delivery of items.

I have purchased game items. The last four times, I have been charged but no delivery on the item. Then tried to report the last incident and Facebook refused connection.
The former times, they acknowledged the problem and refunded the purchase....to the wrong payment method. Pet Rescue needs to get it straightened out or customers will drop like flies. Losing this one at a face pace.
