This issue is under investigation and hopefully being fixed soon.
Meanwhile, please play on another browser. It seems mostly happen in Google Chrome, so try any other of the supported browsers Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Edge.
If you're playing on a Windows PC, you can also download the game as an app from Microsoft Store here and play via the Windows app instead.
Please also note that Microsoft no longer supports their old systems Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7. Therefore we recommend to play on Windows 10 to guarantee that the game works.

I been having problems for weeks now.. everytime a new episode has been completed.. I try to send friends a request to help me unlock next episode.. and a window pops up with a turtle on it and says failed to connect... please make sure connected to the internet.. well I know I'm connected because I play other king games with no problem.. anyone else having this issue ??? If so, what did you do to fix it??

I think the failed connection is where the game is trying to connect to King, not necessarily the internet. So it could be a server issue at Kings end where it's busy or it could be that your wi-fi isn't strong so the connection is failing there. Either way its normally a temp issue. Have you tried resetting your wi-fi or making a connection with 3g?

I am getting messages at least 6 times a day telling me that my internet is not working, when it is. This is so annoying as I love playing this game. Can someone please fix this problem please? Thank you.
