    I have been having the same problem in Pet Rescue saga level 6 on the weather game. It has said no internet connection since it started. What's up?

    I can no longer play the side games: the weather and the mountain, one tells me at weather level 6 that I am not connected and the other, the mountain, I fall back to 1 at level 3 with the same error message, since last Friday.

    playing the weather alert and every time I log in to play level 5 it keeps coming up with an error message, saying my internet is down but I can play the other 4 levels. hope this get's sorted soon.

    Some players have problem with Weather alert. make sure  Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    Mine is all black screen on the Weather Map only. I can play regular levels. I had the failed to connect all weekend on the Mystery Mountain levels only. I did everything it was suggested I do but nothing changed. Since the problems seem to be consistently related to the extra games wouldn't it be a good idea to remove them, fix them, and put them back?

    I have the same problem. All week nog problems, not even with Island, only when I try to play Mystery Mountain when I can get extra credits.

    I'm getting the same not connected error message for the last few days when playing pet rescue saga, cleared cache still the same.

    Only happens on the weather alert game, not the main one
