I need back my level. I was almost at level 2800 and I just logged on and back at level 1. when I tried signing in with Facebook to restore my level it’s not working. Can someone assist me with this?

That is what I’m playing on and it took me back to level 1. This is insane. I’m not going back to level 1 when I’ve made so much progress.
