I have all these chests and everything around my buildings and I've passed three levels just now and I didn't get any reward the only thing I got was that rent and pet that walks around and it asked for a donut so I gave it the donut and I got a heart on the top but it says to pass levels to open up the chest but I have not been able to even though I passed three levels and I don't know what's going on I'm so confused please help me I'll attach a picture of what it looks like thank you so much everybody I really really frustrated with them I just wish the old version would come back and the pets Again the bronze Silver and Gold For the bomb......😢.

Petopioa is not the game, it's a bonus, just something to do between playing your usual game levels.
So keep playing your regular levels. It takes several level wins to earn enough hearts/points to move ahead in Petopia.
Your picture shows are up to level 6 which means you've filled all the hearts/points and opened 6 chests of boosters along the way already, so you are doing well 😊
