What is going on with king games today?

I went to the critter carnival and used my bomb to rescue the last two pets, and then being I had only one pet saved , to left, I used the bomb and then level failed? Said failed to rescue all pets....I'm not understanding....first I was brought back ti beginning despite logging in EXACT SAME times each day, then my progress on the Nobel path was back to zero....( candy crush soda).....I am so stressed as I am having major health problem and can't keep sacrificing money I get from my parents to order meds ( I don't own car, tv or radio, no friends, no support, all have are my games and it's hard when I do my all and then no reason it goes to nothing.....😢😢😢😢😢 can check my progress if have access, I'm trying to contacts developers, please PLEASE help me....I'm so depressed and I don't know what to do😰😰.

I'm sorry you were having problems 😥

Sometimes the mega bomb will not completely clear the Pets in a level. This can happen if the Pets have no way of dropping down and out on their own.

Losing your progress is often because of connection problems.

Facebook recently updated so neede players to check their settings and cookies again before they can play.

Here are some things that may help:

* Check your game settings at the link below:

Make sure Pet Rescue Saga (and any other games you play) is 'active'

Also, scroll down on the same page to Preferences, make sure they are also turned on.
