Any new updates on arena being closed??

I have been checking to see if the arena is opened yet on my iPhone iPad and Samsung Galaxy since 4:30AM. I have the newest updated apps on all my devices
I am very new to writing in forum's so I hope I am writing this in the correct place.

Hello Royal Champions,
We understand your frustration, and we'd like to tell you some more about what's happening and what to do if you haven't got access to the Arena at the moment:
- The emails sent by Player Support don't state that the Royal Championship is gone for good; they just say some features may disappear at times, or test groups may be reshuffled. Nothing more. We haven't been informed by the Jelly team about any decision to remove the Championship forever.
- Please don't log out and back in, as this is not working, according to what we've been told by other players
- Also, please don't uninstall and reinstall the app- that's not working either and can cause the loss of Boosters and more
Last but not least: please be patient, we're working with the Studio on this and we'll be able to tell you more soon. You can give us your feedback about this right in this thread, which we're sharing directly with the Jelly team.

Yes, we know it can be frustrating, and we're sorry that we cannot give you any more information and that you guys must wait. 😓
This is the real answer, @j387 . It has happened before, that's correct, and it does because these features need some time and some investigations to get better and better.
As the emails say, and as the Jelly team assured us yesterday again, the Royal Championship will reopen soon, so if you could compete before, you'll compete again, most likely. 😊

mine finally came on few hours ago!! I’m happy now :) yours should be back on … try updating candy crush first that’s what I had to do!!!!!

Why is Arena closed?

I know the RC arena is closed on Mondays. But it’s not open now either. Technical difficulties? I’ve deleted the app, signed back in, etc. which I lost all of my boosters in doing so, so I am hoping I didn’t lose my RC boosters whenever I can get back in.

I’m glad it isn’t just me but now I’m upset about my boosters and nervous my RC ones are gone 😩 hopefully it comes back soon!

If you uninstall all boosters and lives will be lost. You can also find this in the Help Center. I'm sorry. You won't get this back. I could help you if you bought it. Did you buy it Nice day

Yes, I have spent plenty of money on this game. Why is my RC not showing open? I have another profile and it shows open on that one. But I have more boosters and progress on the one that it shows closed.

Yes, I have had the same account I use for awhile now. That’s why I tried uninstalling and downloading again. If I login to a different one, it’s there. My main one still shows closed. I’ve checked the App Store for updates as well and restarted my device.

Yes so apparently they choose different devices from time to time to NOT let you access RC, I know this from emailing them about it a couple of months ago, luckily for me I still have my old device I can still play it on if they choose my new device (this happens at least once a week for me now)! Very frustrating & so today I am playing it on my old device again, paid for 24hr play & oh look "no Internet access" again!!!!!! 😤
