Grow a pet
Hi, I have spent so much time on “grow a pet” I finally reached 45 gold bars but the app crashed. Logged out back in and nothing. Removed app re downloaded and bam back to start. All gold bars gone. How can i get my gold bars back? I was connected to Facebook so all progress was supposed to be saved. No change to level but now also have all boosters gone and small padlocks instead

Please email our Player Support so they can look into this.
You can email them directly from the game's Settings and Help Center. Choose a topic and any FAQ to find the 'Contact us' button in the bottom of the page.

I’ve also had the exact same problem. I finished grow a pet but when it came to claiming my gold bars it said that I wasn’t able to and started the game over from scratch. I’ve tried contacting support over it today.

I'm sorry you did not get your reward 🙁 The best thing to do when this happens is to contact the help desk from within your game, this way they can see what went wrong and fix it accordingly 🙂
To do this, look for the gear wheel, then the 'help' button on your game screen, as pictured below:

I did but they still did not solve my problem, all they told me was to update the game which I did but the same issue happened. Even recently with the new grow a pet that came a few days ago, I completed it, but I still was not able to claim my gold bars 🤷🏽♀️ I’ve contacted them again and they have not responded.
