Mine hasn't worked for several days either. Ever since the update that was posted on 10/21. My Petopia was working fine and I was doing really good with it. Then came the update and I haven't been able to get past the orange logo screen. I've talked to tech support several times and they're supposedly still working hard to resolve it. To be honest though, I don't really see what the difficulty should be in resolving it. Shouldn't it be as simple as undoing whatever they did in that update?? I mean wth??
