I play on my PC computer. For over a week now Pet Rescue will not open. It hangs up on the opening screen.
I have tried everything and I can play Candy Crush and other games just not Pet Rescue. How do I get this fixed?

Below is the address of the support desk, make sure you tell them what you have already tried and give them your game ID (look just under the game on facebook and click where it says "Find my ID" )
Hopefully they can look into your game and see what is going wrong.

Thank you for the suggestions. sadly nothing has helped so far. I can play other games on Facebook but Pet Rescue still is frozen and will not load.

Here are some things you can try:
Clear your browser cache and cookies and/or Try playing in a different browser
Make sure facebook permissions are turned on.
Check your game settings here:
Make sure Pet Rescue Saga is 'active'

Also, scroll down on the same page to Preferences, make sure they are also turned on.
