what is wrong with pet saga on face book want move on to next game.

Game issues are never simple despite how many people might be working on a game. Sometimes fixes take time.
There are two issues right now. One the game itself not working properly with stars and levels, there will hopefully be a fix when the game is updated Monday.
Second, this one is harder to fix as it involves working with Facebook, King cannot fix it alone for obvious reasons. They are working with Facebook to fix it as quickly as possible. In the meantime you might find some connection issues which cannot be helped.

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? and system cache on your computer?
I don't get on face book so I'm playing pet rescue saga on my laptop. I tried to play the game this morning it still is running slow. I really would like to know what is going on with the game, because I like playing this game, but if I can't play it I'm just going to delete my account.
Hi and welcome to the community! Could you let us know if you are playing on a device or Facebook please, and we will run through some troubleshooting. I’ll also see if we have had any other reports of this 🙂
I'm on level 5717 and everything is running slow and jumpy. I've unloaded reloaded and rest it, but it still is not working right. If I sign out and play at level 1 the game plays fine, but when I sign in it runs slow. Does anyone have any suggestions what is going on with pet rescue saga?

Still NO mystery mountain…..so frustrating…. its been months PLEASE fix it !!!!! I have tried everything you say to do, my husband get it and he sits right next to me. i have tried my ipad instead of computer and it still does not work! We should all be on the say advanages…. NOT FAIR !!
