Well I uninstalled and reinstalled and I absolutely have none of my data. Everything‘s gone. I was on level 3816, 24400 coins and 11 gold bars.. I’m now on level 2. So sad all this data is gone and the game just stopped functioning correctly. Hoping you can restore something.

Ok don't panic!
Firstly, have you logged in again? It sounds like you aren't logged in.
If you have, you need to contact player support and they will bring it back for you. I went to lost progress and then hit contact us and you need these menus to get to the right place. Otherwise you will be directed back here or told something completely unrelated like how to play the game. It happens lol. But always because someones not chosen the right menu.
Also make sure you choose the email that you use for the game.
