YEAHHH !! It worked!! Played that problem level in FB, passed it, and back on business on my usual game bord! THANK YOU! It was a great solution!!
Boosters and lives are saved on the game version you are playing, but your progress and gold should be in any version of the game you use.
May be just try the one level on facebook and see if it still crashes?
I think I can always go back and play on facebook, as I started playing more ythan 5 years ago... but In factct, I once did that, but all my boosters and gold were gone!
Unfortunately the map is a seperate issue that all computer players are experiencing 😣
King are trying to fix this, but it's taking time 😕
Are you able to play the game via a different source than the Win10 app? Do you have facebook (which is still the computer version of the game so has a non-working level menu) or are you able to play temporarily on a mobile device?
I just did thtat. Still the same result.... What else can I do???
I also have a problem with the map. i can only access it from the+symbol the first time I open the game, and never again. if I pass an old level, it will take me to the last level and then the + symbol won't work!!
I no longer have access to the level races..... i wonder if I will ever have the chance to progress in the levels!😪

This level starts with many bombs that go off after the first move. On older devices, or ones with not much room left, a lot of graphics (like bombs exploding) can crash the game.
I have an old device and it happens to me sometimes 😕
Try, like @Lady_Choo has suggested above, clearing your computers cache and the browsers cache and cookies and seeing if that stops the issue?
Also, make sure you have no things open, other than the game.

Been unsuccessfully trying to play level 3863 for over 4 days to the same result: It keeps crashing EVERY TIME I make the first move. Besides, this is not the first time something similar happens with a specific level....IT"S SOOOOOO ANNOYING!! I play on laptop windows 10, before you ask. NOTHING happens with it, nor with the WIFI signal. Everything else works just fine, EXCEPT for this level. WHTA"S GOING ON????

There is a simple solution to Level 9434, and it's something we've had before in previous levels… Pets will only fall when there is a virus block in the column.
