Hi @Benfel try reading your log in streak without the stops and zeros - you will see that your number is still advancing.
For example this log in below is 349, tomorrow it will say 3.0 5.0 0 (the final number being zero) but the second number has advanced and the streak is now 350
Hi @Benfel I appreciate the frustration you're having right now. There is an issue with this, that the studio is investigating, but we don't have a fix time yet.
My log in streaks is the same, I was up to 277 in my streak and then that disappeared and now it is just numbers with full stops between them. It kind if looks like a date and when the last number gets to 9 the next time you log in it goes back to zero!
Hi @Cheryl_Sherman as we have replied in the posts here and here and here and here and here where you were advised each time that it is an issue that the pet studio are aware of, I would kindly ask that you read the reply on this thread and if you want to ask if there is any change, you can ask here. Unfortunately sometimes less important issues get pushed behind other more important issues. While I know its annoying, its more annoying for those players right now who can't get into their games and would prefer that to be fixed. So we really do appreciate your patience 🙂
Hi @Cheryl_Sherman it's just a problem in the way the numbers are written, it does not affect the game in any way, so is a minor problem.
It is on the list of things to be fixed in the game 🙂
You would have lost Petopia on desktop because it was not working properly so had to be removed, for everyone. Usually it is only on mobile.
I've had this problem for a couple months...facebook, desktop and mobile. On one of them , the game reset itself, lost my Petopia as well ...

Which event are you missing? Let us know and we might be able to help 🙂
Often events are only for a specific device and there is always a small percentage of players who don't get an event when others do.
The log in streak is on the list of problems to be fixed, but as it does not affect gameplay it is not as high a priority as some other things.
I seem to be missing an event, and noone seems to care about the log in streak #'s, CAN I PLEASE GET SOME HELP WITH THIS STUFF ??!!
Hi @Cheryl_Sherman apologies, I have just seen this. It seems to have got pushed down in the list and missed 😥 I realise that its to do with the log in streak again.
I will ask our lovely CM if it could be related, but you might find it is and as a result of the fix that its reset and you will have to build it up again. Let me see what she says 🤗

Oh no, it’s not fixed 😫. Today it says day 2 instead of 65 or 6.05.
Sorry not @Lynette but it might be related to the log in streak issues the game has had. I noticed mine was working today so it could be that they reset them all. It might not be though! We can ask the CM when they are back Tuesday onwards. I am assuming you logged in as normal?
@Lynette I lost my login streak. Today should have opened to 64, but it went back to 1.

My Log In Streak numbers are all different. There's a period . in between the numbers, so it's not telling the correct levels I'm on. Is this only a problem for me? Am I the only one? King ! Please Fix !
