Hi everyone
When I try to get help with a level I always get the message "something went wrong". I have rebooted time and again. Only happened since latest upgrade. Of course no wY to contact customer service for help it seems. Any ideas please?

access tokens (permissions for your game to access your fb account) time out after a while. You maybe need to renable them.
Hi @WeaverFairy, if you are saving your game by logging in via facebook, it could mean that you need to check your facebook game app settings?

I have the contact link but is it when you are asking players for help? Sometimes this happens when events or things like that have ended but I am going to tag @Lynette to see if she is aware of issues first.
I have tried to login to my account to see if I can contact customer support but that tells me there is a connection error. There is no problem with my tablet or our WiFi and all other games are fine.
I didn't miss my daily gift yesterday, level 500 and something signing in everyday… But, it's at level 0 today!!! What happen???
