While playing Petopia & I click the object above their head it doesn't always give me the coins or the blue heart! So, far I know that it has not given me at least 600 coins if not more! What's the problem?

@KristieC Apologies for all the questions, I was hoping it might be something simple I could help with, but I think you're best contacting support from within your game.
Use the gear wheel to find the 'help' button then write explaing what is happening. This way they can look into your personal game and hopefully see what is wrong.
Its very important that you enter the email address that you use to log into the game, so Player Support can find your account and if you have your player ID, enter that too 🤗
No, they make the little flash like they are working but the coins or heart do not show up in the coin amount or hearts.
Do the coins or heart stay after you've tried clicking on them?
I do that & it still doesn't give me the coins or the blue heart. I drop the pets in the appropriate place & the coin or blue heart show up I click them & sometimes they give me the coins or heart & sometimes they don't.
Hi @KristieC clicking on the item above their head does not result in anything. What you need to do is pick up the correct Pet, who is below the object, and drop them on where they want to be.

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
