not everyone gets it now at the same time, they are following the pattern that the other game studios have of only allowing to a certain amount of players at one time. It allows for greater stability for a start. Pet have not done this before so it's come as a shock to the players. But it's all working as it should be, you just cannot be in the group that gets it right now. However these groups are changed so you should get it at some point 🤗
Lady_Choo I log in with Facebook, I am not getting the weather alert anymore, do you know why?
They are bringing in the add friends option. Hopefully that will be expanded soon and work properly!
@Tannis_ try removing the unhelpful friends then you will have room to add more.
I click on add friend and they never get added, the friends I do have, I never get free players, but i am able to send them. I also get help, and I randomly am able to help other people. I wish we could add our own friends as well.
@Tannis_ , @Lynette @Lady_Choo This is something I myself would like to bring up to King. I know with Candy Crush , If you play on King and not FB, you can't add friends. King picks them for you on Pet. I myself, can never get help on levels like you can on FB from friends. NEVER has any random person has helped me. I will say "ask for help" I click it and never get any. Although, I've helped many people . So I wish king would let us pick our own friends that are closer to our levels that can help. But that's King for ya. lol....

Honestly, I'm unsure how it all works also.
I've noticed that for example I can be friends with Lady_Choo, but she might not have me on her friend list. 🤷♀️
We could try asking the King team for you!

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
