I am on a level playing and now it's only doing random levels. Why???? I can't remember what I had been on. I know I'm well into 6200?? Something. Very discouraged
Hi @addygirl sometimes, due to connection issues or lack or space for data, or just glitches, an event might suddenly end.
It can also suddenly start up again! I hope you have it back?
An event started today and said it was going to go on for 3 days. 8 hours later it ended. What is going on with this game. This is RIDICULOUS. Fix the game!!!

Random levels appear when you've reached the end of the current levels and are waiting for more to be released. It sounds like you are not at the end though, which is level 6642.
Sometimes our devices do not update the game automatically. Look up Pet Rescue Saga in your app store, there will be an 'update' button for you to use to update your game.
