I deleted Pet Rescue Saga game a month ago, installed it again today and saw I'm at level 1. I was at level 2165. How can I get back to this level?

I entered my password and email address correctly and I always had to make sure caps lock was off
did you make sure your caps lock was not on and that you didn't press the wrong key accidentally? I'm asking as that is easily done.
