If I log into Facebook by the app the pet rescue app freezes. If I log out it will work, but it starts t level 1 which is not acceptable as I have completed more than 4500 levels, how do I fix this? Thank you

Hello both of you and welcome to the pet community.
Unfortunately Petopia caused a lot of issues! Now its finished, I would suggest logging out. Force quitting the game. Restarting your device. Check the app store for updates and update if there is one, then logging back in. Logging in (as long as you were previously saving your game with the Kingdom or Facebook) will bring your levels back up. 🤗
I’m having the same problem on both my phones. It’s been about a week now. Ever since the new iOS update. Screen name is K8TMAY
