good morning everyone, I have a problem, I participated in the game for the ingots, but it doesn't credit them to me. says the bars have already been redeemed on another device

it's a typo @lisamo they are asking about gold ingots
Many players missed out on gold this time. It appears there was a glitch that re-started the game during the time frame it was available and if you play it more than once you do not get credited the second time. Your game detected it was already 'played' so you were not paid.
I will alert the game makers about this problem for you.
