I was right at 400 days of signing into my account. This morning it reset to day 1. Why?

Hi @rascallycat I am sorry you have had this happen again.
I will tag @Snow_Rider for visisbility to see if we have a lot of complaints but unfortunately the studio are unable to restore it as its on the device itself. They think when it happens is because the game hasn't saved the data on the server but nobody really knows for sure. Luckily its not a common complaint but I know that doesn't help you at all.
