I think the best thing to do is contact player support from within the help centre in your game. They can look into your account and see if there is something blocking the bars arriving 😊
Still keeps asking me to claim my 50 gold bars but when I try it says I've already claimed on another device
Have played in the past but this came up as a new set. P.s. haven't got another device.

Just worked through levels to gain 50 gold bars .yet again to be told have claimed them already . This has happened before. Not very happy
