Has anyone been contacted from player support yet? The only thing I got from support was a survey asking if my issue was fixed. They haven't done anything
You'd need to contact player support from within the game, keep it friendly and polite although frustrated and hopefully they can sort it out 😊
Send a message to player support from within the game. Explain about the glitch and you lost bars and ask if they can do anything about it.

I have the same isssue lost several helps and bars it is very frustrating need solution
I see I am not the only one that is having problems with 7638. I paid for 2 different extra moves this morning plus balloons and paint and I am very pissed.
I've lost 36 gold bar trying to win and it freezes up what are they going to do about it
lost 18 gold bars from this level!!

Hiya while this is being looked into, the best thing to do as regards your bars is message player support from within the game as they can look into the account side 😊

Please fix this level (7638) Too many of us are stuck and losing boosters and gold bars. There has to be a bug. On the computer the game makes a strange whirring noise. It freezes on the computer and my iphone. Never had this issue before.
I passed 7638 using Gold Bars for extra moves. The game froze and it did not advance although they took my gold bars.Can this be adjusted please?

I HAVE UNISTALLED THE GAME AND REINSTALLED IT. IT STILL FREEZES.
I play on my computer and my iphone. More on my iphone. It freezes on both right after I win. Please give me a credit so I can move on.
