Hi @Cris45Ko Contact customer support at the contact details below (you can choose to write in your own language). Explain what has happened. Give them your new facebook game ID (it's under the game on facebook, click where it says 'find my ID' and you'll see your number)
Also include the screenshot of your old progress. They should be able to open the game to where you were at on your new facebook account. Please let me know if you need any more help? Click below to contact ⤵️
