I have an iPhone 15 Pro latest operating system and I cannot open Pet Rescue anymore. It launches. I press play and it’s stuck on the next screen. The throbber is frozen. I haven’t been able to play in days. Do we know what this issue is?

I got a new phone and was connected through Facebook. When I got the new phone and downloaded the game it did not save my last game. I was on level 3044 or close to it. Can I recover it some how?

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
