helping friends/random players

I no longer have friends needing help,can't ask for help myself and random gamers needing help that pop up in the Events tab,no longer appear! Is it just me,a glitch in the matrix or what? please advise :-)

I am sorry that you are unable to ask and help fellow players in your game.

Currently the feature that allows players to ask for help and help fellow players in passing levels is currently unavailable. However we appreciate how important this is and we hope that it is available again in the future. Thanks!

Thanks, I have moved on to other online games as it was no longer as fun playing Pet Rescue. I spent the majority of my time helping friends and random stuck players. I occasionally will log in to see if it is back, but log out again when I see it's not. I'm sad, as I have been a player for over 10 years (and have spent lots of money doing so) 😪
