I play Pet Rescue Saga on Facebook with my PC (Windows 11). I have been getting this error message for months. Can you halp me please?

The help from friends is on pause right now, so unfortunately they are not available.
I did what you recomended. I I keep getting the same message and I cannot get help from my frinds. I have been stuck at level 5797 for 2 months :(
I am sorry to hear that. What exactly is it you are trying to do when you get this message? Have you checked you are definitely logged in?
