Hey! The event youâre referring to is Petopia. Unfortunately, not all players have access to it, as the Studio runs A/B tests to improve the overall game experience.
Regarding the game not working properly, have you tried updating both your device and the game? Also, make sure your device has at least 2GB of free memory, as that helps with smooth performance.
It is an event that last a few weeks for you to build a city, growing things for free boost and so. I did not get one and nobody from the game is giving me any answer. This game is not working properly lately. I think I will quit. It is a shame coz i am playing and having the daily bonus for 5 years in a row .

I don't have petopia I have gotten every one for the past years and years where is my petopia yes my game is updated

Currently Level 9400 is impossible to pass without adding extra moves or using boosters (the free mega bomb can be used) First you need to drop 9 crates before the timers on the diamonds run out Next, Pets will drop in columns with crates (but only after the diamonds are gone) Then (the impossible part) you'll need to dropâŠ
I've been stuck on level 9379 for a while. You don't have enough moves for the amount of stuff you need to collect. And also, where is Critter Carnival?
