I am continuously losing gold bars that I purchased due to either the game sticking or saying duplicate tabs. I have been a loyal player and have spent a lot of money on this game over the last 12 years. No gold bars have been returned and this is the third time I've reached out for help. Please return my gold bars. I've lost over 30 now. The last one I tried to use the gold bars to continue a hard level. You took the bars but didn't let me continue my level. This is beyond frustrating.

    Rest assured that the Studio is aware and looking into this error. For now, if possible, I would recommend that you try playing on the Windows app to not receive this error: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9pndvcgvvt9d?hl=en-US&gl=US
    I will also ask the Studio to replace your lost gold bars for you.
