Hi,
I recently had an issue when I linked my game to my Facebook account. I lost all levels and boosters and gold and silver coins. Support was outstanding and helped me get my levels back and they gave me some gold coins and some boosters. I learned not to store boosters or coins because these are on our local device and cannot be replaced.
My concern is that I lost all video ads too. Support said this is not available to everyone.
Do you think the fact that I no longer receive video ads means I might not receive the quarterly events like the Spring event that should be coming up soon?
