it doesn’t work right. Every time it comes up I have to close out my game and start new. It’s very annoying when you only have a couple of more things to do and the gets sticks and does not time out. Thank you

how do I contact player support
I have had the same issue for over a week with the ad in Spanish for breakfast items. It happens EVERY time the ad pops up. Very annoying, especially when you lose a streak because of it.
Hi and welcome to the community. I hate it when that happens. Unfortunately I need you to contact player support from within the game regarding this. Make sure you tell them the date/time the advert showed so they can track it and hopefully sort it out for you. 🐱

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
