Hi @rjds mine also does this but only occasionally. It's really frustrating 😕 I usually find it's because my device is a bit full and I need to close some of the other things going on in the background. Have you tried clearing the cache on your device? What is it you're playing on?
It was a struggle to complete all the levels. It's been going on for weeks , please do something about it.
