what is up with this level? Too many pets and not enough butterflies. Trying for days and no scenario works

I got on pet rescue with my android like everyday again king asked me to agree to terms of service again I did and I lost all my boosters all of them and then I lost my weather time? being at the end of the game I want a answer or I can just stop playing this is crazy I even took screen shots
Hi is anyone having game crash issues with Pet Rescue Saga since the latest Petopia i have tried everything nothing works and support just say clear cache and restart device i have done everything theres a bug issue . Please fix it so we can play the game again

I am at level 3607 in Pet Rescue Saga. While playing, I watched all rewarded video ads offered for extra moves, but the ads were not credited.
