Anyone else reached 50 gold bars only for the message “CLAIM FAILED” when trying to actually claim it! What the hell is going on with this game???

replyto.petrescue@king .com this is the email address I received a reply from. I originally contacted them from the help centre in the game and it was a chat service which then reported the problem for me.
how do you contact support please is it an email address? I haven’t got my gold bars either

After contacting support my gold bars have now arrived in my game, hope this will be the same for everyone now
