Weekly contest

Last week's Weekly Contest, which finished today, has not reset at zero. I won the contest for my group, but I haven't received the rewards. The same problem occurred last week and was reported by several people, but I can't see any other reports today. On that occasion, the event was reset later in the week, and I received by winner's awards at the same time. I use a PC running Win 10.

Please could someone look into this?

On current weekly contest I had 28+ win ( can’t exactly recall) and all of a sudden I am back to zero. This is the first for this game. However, a couple weeks ago I had completed one of the challenges with me winning 50 gold bars 2 to 3 days prior to event being over and when I went to collect I my reward, I received an error message saying technical issues try again later but there was no way to access this section later. I like this game but starting to get very frustrated
